Q: How long will it take for my baby's image to appear in the gallery?
A: Once you've entered, we'll send you an email and you'll need to click on the link to confirm your baby's entry. As soon as you've done this, your baby will appear in the gallery.
Remember to add our email address to your safe senders list to avoid losing it in junk mail.

Q: What if I don't receive the confirmation email?
A: If you don't receive the email within 24 hours, contact customerservice@bonds.com.au and quote your entry details.

Q: What if my baby is bigger than a size 2?
A: We know babies come in all shapes and sizes, unfortunately though, our Bonds babies range is only available in a size 2 and smaller.

Q: How old can my baby be?
A: You can only enter your baby if their birthday is on or after 1st April 2009. He or she must be no older than 3 as of 2nd April 2012.

Q: I'm having problems uploading my photo what should I do?
A: Make sure your image is a JPEG and below 3MB in size before you try to upload it. If you need help to change the filesize of your photo, why don't you try an online resizer such as http://webresizer.com/. If you are still experiencing difficulties, make sure that you are using a high-speed internet connection. Entries from mobile phones will not work.

Q: Does my baby need to wear Bonds?
A: You can enter your baby in any clothing you like, but if they are wearing a Bonds Zip Wondersuit, they will go into a special prize draw in addition to being eligible for the major prize of becoming a Wondersuit Baby for 2012.

Q: When will you be announcing the winner?
A: We'll be announcing the 12 winners on Wednesday 28th March 2012, however we'll be announcing the shortlist on Wednesday 21st March 2012. Join our Facebook page and stay up to date with all the latest Baby Search news here: http://www.facebook.com/bondsbumpsandbaby

Q: How many babies will win?
A: There will be 12 lucky winners – six for each category – two of which will be People's Choice winners and 2 Wondersuit Babies.

Q: How can I remove my baby if I decide I don't want them in the competition?
A: To remove your baby from the competition, go to your baby's profile in the Gallery, click on the "Remove Entry" link and follow the instructions from there. You need to enter the email address you used when entering your bub.

Q: How do I change my entry details?
A: Once you've submitted your entry there's no way to edit your bub's details or your contact details. When you enter we ask you for your email address – make sure this is an address you can access (and double check the details) as we'll be sending all communications there. So if you enter the incorrect email address you won't be able to confirm you entry.

Q: How can I change my photo?
A: Once you've submitted your entry, you won't be able to edit your photo so make sure you choose carefully. You can rotate and crop your picture in the entry form so make sure it's perfect before you hit submit. Start snapping now to get the perfect pic ready well before the deadline.
